Redmi’s General Manager teased the company’s forthcoming gaming phone a few months back and little has been revealed as. The famous Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station shown some key details surrounding Xiaomi’s mysterious gaming phone.
A set OLED panel using a very small punch-hole design for the selfie cam would be set on the front, just like the Mi 11 and Redmi K40. They both boast Samsung’s brand new E4 panel. Driving those pixels would be the Dimensity 1200 chipset while a 5,000mAh battery will ensure uninterrupted gaming sessions. It is expected to encourage 65W fast charging and it’s reportedly enough to provide a full charge from flat in only half an hour.
What’s more, the phone will likely adopt physical shoulder causes for an improved gaming experience.
The tipster even revealed a possible cost range – something along the lines of CNY 2,000-2,500 ($300-380) or in other words – a few of the cheapest gaming phones available on the market.
